3.4 One Account Rule. Each person may hold only one registered Account. If duplicate accounts are identified, kiss819 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending review.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
4.2 You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account. kiss819 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 You must notify kiss819 support immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised. kiss819 may temporarily suspend your Account during any security investigation.
4.4 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other party.
5.1 Funding Methods. Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX. The available methods may change without advance notice. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated periodically.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to fully verified Accounts only. kiss819 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification and proof of funding source — before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. kiss819 is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations under its Gaming Licence. Unusual transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities and may result in a temporary Account hold pending investigation. kiss819 will not be liable for losses arising from compliance-related holds.
6.1 All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited in addition to any real-money balance and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement, qualifying games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
6.3 kiss819 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
7.1 All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, kiss819's interpretation of the rules shall be final.
7.2 kiss819 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a manifest technical failure or pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Account Balance.
7.3 All live casino games use certified random number generation technology. Results are final once a game round is completed.
7.4 kiss819 reserves the right to place limits on maximum bet sizes at its sole discretion, including on a per-member basis.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kiss819's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority.
